Process to modify FSSAI License
Step 1: Visit the FSSAI website
To apply for the modification of the FSSAI license, the FBO (food and business organisation) has to visit the FSSAI FoSCoS website. This is a new FSSAI portal, set up specifically to deal with everything related to FSSAI license. On the website, you need to click on “Modification of License and Registration”.
Step 2: Login

Step 3: Choose the modification category
After logging in, the FBO has to choose the modification category, i.e., change in FSSAI license or FSSAI address change or alteration of FSSAI license, depending on the type of modification required.
Step 4: Fill the application form
After choosing the modification category, the FBO has to fill the application form with the required details. The FBO has to ensure that the details mentioned in the application form are accurate and up-to-date.
Step 5: Upload the supporting documents
After filling the application form, the FBO has to upload the supporting documents. The supporting documents could include a copy of the FSSAI license, proof of address, PAN card, etc.
